🐄 Ranch Hand – Beef Cattle

Our cattle operation focuses on raising beef through a cow/calf program with a strong emphasis on animal care, observation, and hands-on management.

We are looking for an experienced Ranch Hand to support daily operations and livestock care.

Tasks may include

• Daily feeding, checking, and care of cattle
• Cow/calf management, including calving support
• Monitoring herd health and identifying issues early
• Operating tractors and basic farm equipment
• Fence repair and pasture management
• Working around (and occasionally with) horses

This role requires

• Minimum 2+ years of cattle or ranch experience
• Confidence handling livestock safely and calmly
• Experience with calving and newborn calf care
• Strong observation skills and awareness of animal health
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Reliability and consistency
