We are currently hiring for our hydroponic greenhouse. 

These roles are hands-on and involve real farm work. The work can be physical, and fast-paced,

Our hydroponic greenhouse produces lettuce and herbs year-round using vertical growing systems.

We are looking for  team members to help with seeding, transplanting, harvesting, and system maintenance.

Tasks may include

• Seeding trays for lettuce and herbs
• Transplanting seedlings into hydroponic towers
• Monitoring plant health
• Pruning and crop maintenance
• Harvesting lettuce and herbs
• Washing, packing, and labeling produce
• Cleaning equipment and growing systems

This role is detail-oriented and requires consistency and focus.

This role is ideal for someone who

• Enjoys organized, process-driven work
• Has strong attention to detail
• Works well independently and with a team
• Is interested in controlled-environment agriculture

Role is in Kelowna, BC

Experience with hydroponics or greenhouse production is helpful but not required.
