Our flake sea salt slowly smoked over real Canadian maple wood, for a delicate sweet and savoury finish. The clean, briny crunch of our signature flakes, with a gentle wisp of maple smoke.

The difference is in the making

We start with our signature flake from the cold, clear Canadian Pacific: the harsh, bitter minerals drawn off, slowly crystallised and gently handled so it keeps both its delicate crunch and the naturally occurring trace minerals that give it character. Then we smoke it over Canadian maple, never with added flavours or colours.
