Little Creek Dressings have been an Okanagan favourite since 1995, when the first batch was created to complement organic greens grown on the family’s Little Creek Gardens farm.
Today, these much-loved dressings are still made locally in small batches using thoughtfully selected organic ingredients and delicious combinations of vinegars, fruits, herbs and spices.
And they’re definitely not just for salads. Drizzle them over fresh or roasted vegetables, use them as a marinade for chicken or beef, toss them with pasta or grain bowls, or serve them as an easy dip or finishing sauce.
