Micro Harvest Salad with Cranberry Raspberry Balsamic
Ingredients
- 1 bag Homestead Foods Micro Harvest Salad
- 1–2 tbsp Parthena Cranberry Raspberry Balsamic
- 1–2 tbsp Parthena Olive Oil
- Pinch of salt
- Fresh cracked pepper
- Optional: feta, goat cheese, nuts, seeds, or sliced apple
Directions
- Add Micro Harvest Salad to a bowl.
- Drizzle with Parthena olive oil and cranberry raspberry balsamic.
- Add a pinch of salt and fresh pepper.
- Toss gently right before serving.
- Top with cheese, nuts, seeds, or fruit if desired.
