Micro Harvest Salad with Cranberry Raspberry Balsamic

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Homestead Foods Micro Harvest Salad
  • 1–2 tbsp Parthena Cranberry Raspberry Balsamic
  • 1–2 tbsp Parthena Olive Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Optional: feta, goat cheese, nuts, seeds, or sliced apple

Directions

  1. Add Micro Harvest Salad to a bowl.
  2. Drizzle with Parthena olive oil and cranberry raspberry balsamic.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and fresh pepper.
  4. Toss gently right before serving.
  5. Top with cheese, nuts, seeds, or fruit if desired.
