Lemon Honey Butter Drizzle

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp freeze-dried lemon pieces (lightly crushed)
  • 1–2 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
  2. Stir in crushed freeze-dried lemons.
  3. Add honey and a pinch of salt.
  4. Let sit 1–2 minutes to soften the lemons and bring out the flavour
