We also offer washed and unwashed eggs.

Unwashed eggs retain their natural protective coating, called the bloom or cuticle, which helps seal the shell and keeps the egg fresh. When stored in a cool, dry place, unwashed eggs can be kept for up to two weeks, or refrigerated for up to two months.
